Offer and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT, where applicable.
Any shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD).
The estimated delivery time is 4–10 working days.
In cases of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be extended.

Payment

The following payment methods are available at checkout:
Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, and other payment services displayed during the ordering process.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Olevia until full payment has been received.

Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 60 days without providing any reason.

Liability

Olevia shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, Olevia shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

Final Provisions

The law of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence shall apply, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered place of business of Olevia
